Bengal Beat Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bengal Beat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Bengal Beat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Bengal Beat website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at bengal-beat.org.

By registering an account on Bengal Beat, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

Bengal Beat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Bengal Beat. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Bengal Beat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Bengal Beat will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Bengal Beat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Update your contact details promptly if they change.

Bengal Beat accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Bengal Beat supports a range of local payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and standard bank transfers. All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are available for play immediately upon confirmation.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in cases where that method is no longer available, in which case alternative arrangements will be made through our support team.

Bengal Beat reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if the account has not been fully verified, or if the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are taken into account.

Bengal Beat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the Bengal Beat welcome bonus. The bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount are as stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on Bengal Beat bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bengal Beat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Free play credits expire 7 days after being credited unless otherwise stated.

Bengal Beat is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Bengal Beat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• A player has provided false information during registration.
• A player is found to be underage.
• A player has been self-excluded or placed on a third-party exclusion register.

Where an account is closed by Bengal Beat due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Bengal Beat will provide written notice of account closure where possible, though this is not guaranteed in cases of suspected fraud or serious breach.

Bengal Beat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Bengal Beat will notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Bengal Beat platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
